Shoulder strap is too short
Love the bag, the colour and everything about it. Bought it and found out that the shoulder strap is too short. There is no way around it. It can fit a XS adult or a teenager when you want the bag pack option. It is not suitable for average adults as a backpack.

Meh... Not for me
The quality of this item is good. However the look just isn't right IMO. The straps are too short as a backpack. If I were wearing a coat it wouldn't be easy to stick my arms through. Plus the other handles are still upright when worn as a backpack. Kind of an awkward look. So I had to return. Maybe check these out in store before buying it would be my humble suggestion.
