Kånken Water Resistant Backpack

I bought this backpack for travel based on the rave reviews, however I was deeply disappointed. It snagged all of my clothing throughout my trip. The stitching on the back and the edges of the straps are rigid and sharp, which is what rubbed on all of my tops/jackets. I ended up putting bandaids all over the back portion of the backpack and straps to try and prevent the bag from ruining more of my clothes after noticing the bag was causing my shirts to snag. Returned immediately after my trip. Not well made. Shouldn’t have to put tape or bandaids on a brand new backpack to prevent straps and stitching from ruining clothes.

The fjallraven bookbag looks great! It fits two latin textbooks, one huge math text, one grammar book, one literature book, a 1" binder, five folders, a calculator, some hand sanitizer and lip balm. Great bookbag for school and travel!

Love this pack! I was looking for a great bag to lug my running shoes, clothes and running accessories every day to-and-from work. I was very surprised at how much this bag could carry comfortably. My running shoes are huge, and everything fit beautifully, along with my reflective thingies, running watch, music, etc. THEN we went on a roadtrip from Northern Cali down to Grand Canyon and this pack was with me the whole way! It seemed a little stiff at first, but as you use it, it loosens up and is very easy to get in and out of. I managed to get red Navajo sandstone allover the bag, and it just wiped off. The straps are sturdy and easy to throw on. I love, love, love the straps on top. They fold out of the way when you're opening the bag, and they are great when you're picking the bag up. Super easy to open up and get to all your stuff. Front pocket opening seems a wee bit small, but it holds small essentials like lip balm and keys. We got home, I kicked my running stuff out, added my sunnies, sunblock, wallet among some other items and it became the perfect everyday bag. Simple lines, simple construction. I bought the Fog color. Allover a great bag. Kinda wish I had one more! Very versatile.

I ordered this backpack for my sister for Christmas. The backpack ended up being a much different pink color than the pictures online suggest; it was much closer to a bubble gum pink color. The backpack itself was great, but my sister ended up wanting to exchange it for another color.

I had been eyeing this for a while, and finally decided to take the leap. I have a 2 year old and almost 1 year old who need a lot of things, but the big Marc by Marc Jacobs diaper bag, has been heavy and sometimes hard to rummage through. I just started recovering from ACL surgery and wasn't able to carry the MbMJ diaper bag with ease. This however, has been perfect! Light, easy to carry and a lot less frustrating. I'm finally off my crutches, but still uneasy on my feet, so I think i'm going to stick with this.
