I saw this pack on a recent trip to Europe. This brand is very popular there, not so well known here in the states. When I returned to the states I started looking for this pack. Nordstrom carries the pack and offers free shipping, but they carry only limited colors. I was looking for a different color scheme, but I purchased a more sedate choice.
This pack features a separate opening for your laptop which makes it easier to get at, should you wish to use your computer, or to get your device out for airport security. The main compartment is spacious and also features a separate pocket for items you may wish to keep flat. There is a good sized pouch on the front side for items that you may need quickly, or are smaller in size. There is a very tall side pocket, which is too tall unless you are carrying a bottle of wine.
What makes this pack special is the details. The stitching, the zippers, the material. Then there are the unexpected details like snaps at the end of the adjustment straps that keep those unruly straps in place when you put your pack in the overhead bin, or beneath your seat. Another loop will keep the hand carry straps together.
One nice feature of this pack is the opening are well thought out. The main compartment opens almost the full height of the pack so you can access stuff at the bottom if you lay the pack flat.

Purchased this backpack for my daughter; a high school freshman. It is the perfect mix of function and funky:) We got the grey color and she adores it!

This backpack is perfect for college life! I carry heavy books and it doesn’t hurt my back. And there is a lot of space.

Great back pack!
I'm really satisfied with this back pack so far. I just took is on a two week international trip as a carry on and plan to take it on another. There is a ton of space to store things and it is comfortable to wear.

Great bag!
Wanted to love this bag but it was a little too big for my needs. Was looking for a sturdy backpack to take on a trip to San Francisco and loved the idea that this is water resistant. I returned this because it was too big and ordered the size smaller and ended up loving that one. This would be a great backpack for a college student though.

Stylish and Durable
I ordered this backpack for my child to use as a dance bag to hold all their ballet gear. Awesome purchase with a lot of room. The color is beautiful and it almost has a bit of a distressed look to it. Would highly recommend. The size of this backpack would be comparable to what a middle/high school kid would use... perfect size.
