Love it!!!
I'm petite, so I worry about backpacks looking huge. This was the right fit, compact, I could fit my umbrella, water bottle, laptop, books and my random stuff. Also I can fit my wallet and phone in the front pocket. This was a great purchase. Sturdy, roomy and the Olive color is vintage looking.

Nice looking bag, horribly uncomfortable
I was looking forward to this becoming an everyday bag to help tote my toddlers gear along with items I’d normally carry in a purse. Well after 20 minutes use at Disneyland I knew this bag was going back. I was wearing a tank top and the rubbing of the straps on and near my arm and shoulder was so unbearable I had to take it off and put in the stroller.
I would assume if you’re always planning on wearing layers or sleeves shirts it wouldn’t be so bad, but I have no idea how so many people walk around wearing this horribly uncomfortable bag. It’s unfortunate because the style and capacity were perfect.
I opted for a Tumi bag, definitely more expensive but worth every penny. Comfort, style and quality.

Good-looking but no strap padding
I really liked the look of this, but the straps are just too mimimal with no padding. I returned it and got a State backpack instead which is really comfortable.

Falls apart
Love the backpack, love the style but the zipper started fraying and separating from the canvas in less than a year. Fjallraven replaced the backpack for free and with less than a year of use on the replacement, the zipper is fraying again.

Perfect!!
Love love love this backpack!! It's so comfortable and holds everything I need for me and my kids. I bought this to use as a diaper bag and it's perfect.

Nice bag, leather straps not good quality
Love the bag and look. However the leather straps are not well made. They are peeling from one day of use at the airport. I dont even understand how its peeling when ive had it on my back the entire time.
