The BEST oven mits

I actually bought these from Food52 6 months ago but had to write a review once I saw them at Nordstrom. These are by far my favorite oven mits I’ve ever used. Heavy duty and I just know they will last a long time.

Impractical

Thank you, Nela A for preventing me from wasting money on these mitts. You have an EXCELLENT point. I would imagine one could burn their arm using these, as they are OVEN mitts, not potholders. They are designed in a way that would leave the outer arms exposed to oven racks and such. Thanks again!!!

Great oven mitts!

Just bought these and they’re the best oven mitts I’ve owned. Comfortable and heat resistant up to high temps. Love the rubber on the hands. I don’t understand the person who said that you could burn yourself where the slit is on the side of the oven mitt because the slit is on the outside of your arm. Don’t know how they’re picking up hot dishes but I haven’t had a problem burning myself! You won’t be disappointed.

Cute but the slit...

Super nice quality material. Design is elegant and modern. Biggest downside is the slit on the slide which is not practical. It cuts up the arm and you could easily burn yourself on one side.

These are great

So happy with this purchase! Comfortable oven mitts, the silicone hand covering gives you a safe grip on dishes coming out of the oven. My reason for 4, and not 5 stars is I feel like they are pricey for what they are.

Super awesome quality, great design, great gift

LOVE these gloves - they feel so good on and I feel completely protected when using. Maybe it's the angle I'm reaching into the oven at but I don't find the slits to be a problem at all. Really high quality construction and materials as well. Only thing is the the orange is way more rich in the photos than IRL - it's more of a muddy tan-orange - I returned for the blue which is true to the photos.

Best oven mitts I've used! Comfortable, heat safe up to 650 degrees Fahrenheit -- I don't have to worry about holding any pan or pot for too long before it gets too hot. Also, a great bonus feature is the magnets inside the cuffs that let you hang these on the side of your fridge, ready to use, or store together as a pair!
