I have been a FitFlop customer since 2010. Your shoes were always my "go to" for comfortable footwear, and my closet was full of shoes I had purchased from your company. I don't know what you have done or why things have changed, but your shoes are no longer comfortable. The upper materials are stiff and the soles are hard. I'm so disappointed by the last three or four orders I have placed, and had to return. FYI I purchased a similar style eight years ago and I still wear them, still comfortable!

Not very impressed
These shoes are way too expensive for what they offer. The look is not very attractive and the support is minimal. I wear the shoes without joy but also without pain.

Deciding on these
I find the toe bed a bit narrow and if I go up a half size the shoe length will be too big. After wearing in my home for about an hour, I noticed my small toes were red when I removed the shoes. I’ll wear around my home and see how they truly feel after a couple of hours. I don’t think they will work for me.
