Cute, but dirty
I bought the orange/coral colored one and it's cute! BUT (saw that coming, didn't you), like all the other light colored fit bit bands, if you wear something dark and your arm/band rubs up against it, it gets discolored. My cute, orangey fit bit band is now greyish and dingey on the bottom. The holes in the band are nice though, it's a lot more breathable than my regular band. I just wish they would fix the color transfer problem. Otherwise, I'd totally give this a 5...

Breathable, flexible, comfortable.
I read a few reviews on the internet about how people found this band to be cheaper, or lower quality than the traditional band for the FitBit. Yes, it is more flexible. Yes, it has more air holes in it so you don't sweat so much underneath the band if you are wearing it while, well, sweating. It is not cheaper though -- it serves a different approach to functionality. I was able to get the old one off and the new one and and I have been pleasantly pleased with this band and I do prefer it to the old one that it replaced. The cobalt color is also pretty sweet ;-)

I purchased this band in orange . The color is great for summer, reasonably priced and it is easy to switch bands.

I got cobalt. The band is a beautiful color, and the extra holes in the strap definitely make it more "breathable," as advertised. But, it feels like it is made of a slightly different plastic material than the stock plastic strap your fitbit comes with. It stretches out a bit over time, and I am close to the smallest hole already, so that 's a bummer. Also, it gets discolored over time (absorbing colors of your clothes, makeup, moisturizer, and anything else colorful it may incidentally come into contact with, over time). So, you just have to be more careful with these sport bands. But, if you're cobalt obsessed like me-- GET IT!
