What it is: A daily cleanser that's gentle enough for sensitive and blemish-prone skin.
What it does: The cleanser helps remove makeup, dirt and SPF, leaving skin soft and supple. The cleanser is nonstripping and pH-balanced to effectively cleanse the face and maintain the skin's natural acidity to keep sensitive skin happy. Its creamy lather leaves skin feeling soft and supple, not dry or tight.
Key ingredients:
- Aloe: a botanical that helps calm, soothe and nourish skin
- Allantoin: a soothing agent that calms skin
- Glycerin: a natural humectant that helps hydrate and smooth skin's appearance
How to use: Dampen the face and dispense a small portion of cleanser onto fingertips. Delicately massage into all zones of the face. Remove with a washcloth or a splash of water. It is recommended for daily use in the morning and at night.

Wonderful for sensitive, acne-prone skin!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This facial cleanser is great! For context, I have sensitive, acne-prone skin that easily breakouts when I try new products. I have been using this facial cleanser for several weeks now and it hasn’t broke me out and makes my face feel so clean. I typically double cleanse at night and I really like that this lathers really well and removes any lingering makeup and micellar water without leaving any residue. I also really like that this is gentle on the skin so I can use it in the mornings too. Great packaging and amount of product - one pump is enough to use for your whole face. Overall, I would highly recommend this to my sensitive, acne-prone girlies!!!

Go back to the original formula!!
This is my favorite skincare brand and I’ve used it for almost ten years. Why would you change the formula of a cult classic? Please bring back the original formula. I hope someone from your team is reading these reviews and will address this issue. Sadly, I’ll be making a switch to a different brand.

Good but drying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m enjoying this cleanser. I really like the texture of it. It lathers really nicely. It did a good job of removing most of my makeup in one wash. I took off points tho because it’s supposed to be gentle and non stripping but my skin still felt pretty dry and tight after using. I appreciate the cleaner ingredients tho. I’ll def keep using it.

Gentle Cream to Face Cleanser
