Holy grail!
Wow. This cleanses so purely while leaving the face soft and refreshed without harsh chemicals.

Why Would You Change the Formula?!
Seriously FAB, why would you change a formula that has been trusted and loved for years?! This should be a second option in addition to the original, which was my absolute favorite formula since I have sensitive skin. Awful mistake and poor decision making. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULA PLEASE.

If it isn’t broke don’t fix it!
If it isn’t broke don’t fix it! I loved the original formula for years I was very loyal to the cleanser. Very disappointed with this change it doesn’t feel as hydrating at the OG.

VERY SAD ABOUT THE PACKAGING CHANGE :(
I have been using the First Aid Beauty cleanser for about 8 years and I have been absolutely OBSESSED with it the entire time. It’s one of the only cleansers that has consistently worked for my sensitive skin without causing irritation, dryness, or breakouts. I’ve recommended it to so many people over the years.
However, the new packaging is honestly ruining the experience. The pump makes it almost impossible to get the product out properly and it constantly stops working. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially considering how expensive the cleanser is. I feel like I’m wasting product every single time I use it.
Please bring back the squeeze bottle packaging. The formula is amazing, but the new bottle design is such a downgrade that I’m genuinely considering looking for another cleanser after nearly a decade of loyalty to this product. I’m really sad because I truly loved this cleanser before the packaging change.

Disappointed
I have been using First Aid Beauty Pure Skin Face Cleanser for as long as I can remember. New formula seems fine but after just a few uses the remaining product is clinging to the walls of the bottle making the pump useless. Either I have a defective bottle or this product is too thick for this delivery system. I am sadly trying new cleansers but hoping you will bring this back in a tube.

Good product, bad packaging
I love this product, I swear by it. That being said, the new pump packaging is awful. The consistency of the product is hard to pump and often clogs making it difficult to use. The rebrand of the packaging is fresh, but I would suggest going back to the old tube style. It was far more user friendly.

New cleanser formula stings and burns my skin.
What happened to their formula?! I treasure the 2 tubes I have left because this expensive mistake is not useable. It stings when I use it and my skin turns red and blotchy.
