Why Would You Change the Formula?!
Seriously FAB, why would you change a formula that has been trusted and loved for years?! This should be a second option in addition to the original, which was my absolute favorite formula since I have sensitive skin. Awful mistake and poor decision making. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULA PLEASE.

New cleanser formula stings and burns my skin.
What happened to their formula?! I treasure the 2 tubes I have left because this expensive mistake is not useable. It stings when I use it and my skin turns red and blotchy.

Disappointed
Very disappointed that the formula was changed to include oat. This used to be one of the only cleansers that was gentle on my eczema, but with the change I break out in hives if I try to use it. I hope you offer another cleanser option that is gentle without oat.

Ruined a great product
Genuinely why on Earth would you change the formula of the greatest face cleanser I've ever used?? Only one that didn't make me break out. Absolutely terrible.

New formula. New packaging. One unhappy lady.
I’ve been using this cleanser for many years. It was perfect and did not need to be changed. I am very disappointed in the new formula and new packaging. The new formula isn’t as rich and creamy as the old formula. Not to mention, they got rid of my 8 ounce tube bottle, which was far superior to the pump. As other reviewers have mentioned, the pump containers are flawed. You end up losing and wasting most of the product because it stays in the bottle. I would say about 1/4 of the product is wasted. The lengths you have to go through to get the rest of the cleanser out of the bottle is preposterous. What a huge disappointment and let down first aid beauty. You can do better than this. Please listen to your loyal customer and bring back the old formula and the old 8 oz tube bottle. As far as my skin is concerned- it definitely has lost its normal glow since using this new formula. Unacceptable.
