Cute idea sizing is off

I love this company. They make cute things, but the sizing is always off. I am typically a small but this is toooo small in the size small. Also, this shirt in particular I am returning because it was definitely worn or tried it on by someone who had a very strong perfume on and it makes me nauseous lol
