Ballard Watch Cap

Ordered 2 of these beanies and ended up returning them both because I went with another brand. My return was lost in transit and Nordstrom refused to refund me until it arrived at the returns center, even when I had proof of return receipt and photos of the return packed up. They knew that wasn't going to happen as it WAS LOST FOR GOOD IN TRANSIT/ STOLEN IN TRANSIT. While being at ambassador status with Nordstrom, it felt like a slap in the face that they couldn't be bothered to accommodate me for the lost return, as I was out of the money and the items, but they are more than happy to accept returns of EXTREMELY used items sent back by other customers and resell them. Clearly having loyal customers spending thousands a year to maintain status tiers holds no value to them. Just another dollar sign to them. Disappointing to experience such treatment when choosing to purchase at a higher end retail store.
