How to use: Lightly pat Time-Filler Eyes around the eye area morning and night. Don't forget your upper eyelid and the base of your lashes. Apply a generous layer over the entire face, eye contours, neck and chest line. Leave on for 15–30 minutes. Use NCEF-Reverse as part of your daily skin care routine in the morning and/or evening.
