Field LT Gore-Tex^® 3L Waterproof Jacket

Love the Waterproofing, Breathability, and Wind Insulation of this light and flexible GORE-TEX Material. I layer a Veilance Mionn insulated jacket and Conduit Vest underneath and the fit of the Field Jacket is still stellar. If you do not want to layer I recommend sizing down. Inparticular I really enjoy the neck protection and multiple pockets. The stow-able hood increases the contexts that the jacket can slip into. The fabric is loud at first, but the sound softens with use, and I'm not sure why black velcro is used on the wrist for all color stories but these are minimal complaints.

Typical Veilance simple, understated design - I’ve amassed a handful of field jackets from other brands over the years and this is the nicest I’ve come across (though, you’re paying for it, admittedly). As per other reviews, I opted to size down to a small from my typical medium and the fit is perfect…if you plan on significant layering however, you may want to go with your normal size.

I bought this jacket for its styling over the Beta franchise and have not been disappointed. This jacket, from its material, fit, and utility, is fantastic. I have a slim body, and after reading other reviews, decided to size down to a small from my normal medium. That was definitely the right decision.
