disappointed
I am disappointed to have received this bag packaged this way, in a larger box, shuffling all around. No dust bag. No care of the leather. Etc. I would have loved to keep this bag but because it was damaged in transport and so poorly packaged it is being returned. Not what I would expect from a designer item.
