Revival Leather Wallet

I bought a present for my brother with it was mine, i like it, before giving it away i was gonna keep it but well he's very happy! Tue quality, finish and color was worth every dollar.

I ordered this wallet beginning of December '24 for Xmas. My 1st order got cancelled right before Xmas. I contacted Nordstrom Customer Service and they told me to keep my eye open that sometimes items get restocked. They themselves had no idea when it would be restocked. I have been wanting to give this as a gift for so long that I decided to keep checking. Right after Xmas, it was restocked. I ordered and a week later, cancelled again. I had told the gift recipient that their "surprise" gift was coming. Wow. What to tell the person who never got their Xmas gift. I called Customer Service again and they said it was back in stock again...the Xmas rush was over, my gift-giving was an epic fail. This 3rd time, it did arrive a week later - from Nordstroms from King of Prussia (according to Nordstrom item description, it had said that this item would be shipped directly from the manufacturer so shipping time could not be guaranteed). I picked it up from my local Nordstrom Rack. Luckily, after so many mishaps, I felt I should open the brown box it came in while at the store. Inside was a small red Ferragamo box, the size that would accommodate cuff links or at best, a money clip. I was puzzled and when I opened the box, I was so upset. I had seen this wallet before in person so it was strange that the box was so small. I found the wallet squeezed/squashed in so both edges were sticking up on the sides. I opened the wallet and the interior leather was wrinkled and the wallet curved from having been squeezed in during shipping. I stood in line again to return the item and the person who had handed me the box from pick up also handled my return. I showed her the red Ferragamo box and state of the wallet. She was just as appalled and said she would make note of it and let the Nordstrom Rack manager know. She even took pictures to show the manager and said that they might reach out to me in light of the situation and 3X failure by Nordstrom. Even she could not squeeze the wallet back into the red box. I have been a card member for a long time, and we are very loyal customers. There have been many hiccups in the past, but this has been the worst. The wallet did not come from the manufacturer. Each time, shipping took long and cancellations happened right before their estimated "delivery" date. Worst of all, Nordstrom never reached out. Customer Service was one of the main reasons we signed up for their card. I forgot to mention that I requested expedited shipping after the first cancellation so I could use it when the item returned back in stock but was then told I could not use it because - this "item comes directly from the manufacturer" ... No guarantees - esp. if you plan to order items from Nordstroms as a time sensitive gifts.

Got for 70ty year old dads Birthday, he loves it!!
