I did find out there are different with available and even different whiffs available to Ferragamo directly. Make sure you watch the price. Make sure that you buy and wear them on the carpet to see that they are correct before you wear them outside. The store was very snippy about the return, even though it was never worn.

The shoes themselves were great however the customer service was horrible. I bought a pair of $800 Ferragamo shoes for my son’s 30 biirthday. They arrived without the signature protective dust bags for the shoes. I ordered the shoes 2 weeks in advance. When I called to tell them the bags were not sent they told me the would only be able to send me Nordstrom bags unless I wanted to return the shoes I told them to send me the Nordstrom bags but they needed to be here on time for my son’s birthday which was 2/20/26. They still have not arrived. Ruining my complete gift. When I stated that I was unhappy the my sent me a $50 credit. $50 credit for an $800 purchase? Ridiculous. I am very disappointed and still have not received the dust bag. Nordstrom is not what they use to be.

This shoe runs incredibly small when worn. It took me an eternity to get them on. Initially, they felt snug, but after a few minutes, I realized they were actually tight and painful, pressing against the back of my foot. Despite their overall quality and appealing design, I recommend sizing up half a size or even the width, unless you have exceptionally narrow feet.
