Dirty shoes and missing laces x2
I'm really disappointed in the quality control and service from Nordstrom's. The first pair I ordered were dirty on the bottoms and had clearly been worn/tried on several times. Returned those and ordered a replacement pair. The second pair had also clearly been tried on and worn. Not as dirty as the first pair, but still showed signs of dirt/marks, and the contents of the box (tissue, packing material) were just smashed down into the box with the shoes thrown in on top. Every other pair of Ferragamo sneakers which I have purchased and own always come with an additional pair of shoelaces. In both of my orders, the shoelaces were missing out of the box, so they must have been removed in the stores from which the sneakers were shipped. I purchase Ferragamo shoes because of their design and quality, but Nordstrom is not selling and delivering the same quality when I order direct from Ferragamo.

Fantastic shoes
These shoes are really comfortable. I’m on my second pair after wearing out the first. The first pair lasted ~4 years of moderate to heavy usage before the tread began wearing out. I find them to fit true to size.
