Sizes messed up
I ordered this dress in a 10 and 12 US because I wasn’t sure what size I needed. I was shipped the UK sizes, which means I got a US 14 and 16. Too big. I sent them back and reordered. The same mistake happened. I sent them back. I wrote to customer service and asked them to get the warehouse to pay attention and ship the correct size. They wrote back and said they’d contact the warehouse and I should wait ten days to reorder so the warehouse could get sizes straightened out. Say what? Not very good service. And the dress is selling out. Are y’all who are ordering it getting the right sizes? What a mess.
