Order Returned Without My Consent or Knowledge
I can’t review this purchase because it never made it to me. I ordered these to be picked up in store. My order was delayed a week and when I went to check the app tonight, the night before it was scheduled to be ready in store, the order status was changed to “Returned”. I called customer service and all they could tell me is that the store returned it but I never received an email or notification regarding the return. Furthermore, when I was shopping the item again in the hopes of placing another pickup order, the pickup date would be an additional week. I’ve been a Nordstrom customer for a long time but this experience had been unnerving especially because I was suddenly logged out of my account as well.

I know I have a narrower face then average but these sunglasses were massive on the sides that they barely grazed the side of my head. Other than that very cute but I sadly will have to return

These Fendi sunglasses are my new favorite pair! I love the unique frame color with the little F’s throughout. At first, they look like tortoise, which I love. They are so different yet versatile.

Unfortunately these appear to be either damaged or manufactured huge. They will not stay on my face and look like they would have to be bent in order to fit my face. I cant wear them so they have to get returned.
