Felt Cute 52mm Gradient Small Oval Sunglasses

Very disappointed with the quality and presentation of these sunglasses. I purchased them as a birthday gift for my girlfriend and they did not come with the proper case—just a random sleeve that didn’t even match the brand. When I took the glasses out, the sides were visibly dirty and had what looked like residue or glue on them. For a retailer like Nordstrom, I expected much better quality control, especially for an item being sold as new. If this was a returned item, it should have been properly inspected, cleaned, and repackaged before being resold. At the very least, it should come with the correct case. Overall, not acceptable for the price or the brand. I’ll be returning.
