As a new Mom, this travel mug is amazing!
This updated ceramic-lined travel mug has been amazing. I haven’t had any issues with leakage — toddler test and parent approved! I don’t have to worry about any of our single orgin pour overs leaking through this bottle — esp when my toddler gets a handle of it and wants to roll it around the ground. The bottle can keep my code warm for hours too. Highly recommend

I didn’t pay for a thermos, but in the end that is what I got
To be fair, I admit I did not use the two Carter travel mugs that I purchased as Christmas presents for my husband and myself for approximately two months after purchase so the warranty was gone. That admission does not negate the fact that the Carter slide lids never worked properly. I requested replacement lids for both mugs twice. The lead had to be replaced because the inside simply crumbled within the first couple of uses. I cannot believe that I am the only person that has experience this. Finally, Fellow sent me a thermos lid as a replacement. I have not use the thermos lid as of yet because honestly, I want a Travel mug and not a travel thermos. So for this reason, I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

Make sure you watch their cleaning video
The lid was fine - I liked the design. I agree with previous review that it’s hard to open. But the real dealbreaker for me, is the amount of work to put into cleaning it. Make sure you watch their video on YouTube and think you can do that every few days before buying…
