How to use: When lighting, allow the candle to fully pool to ensure the wax burns evenly. Burn for a minimum of two hours and a maximum of four hours. Trim the wick before use. As you inhale the energizing fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques—breathe in through your nose for seven seconds then out through your mouth, slowly, for 11 seconds.
