Interesting, but ill-fitting
I really liked the *idea* of this blazer. But it's kind of heavy for wear as a blazer, and the fit was wrong for me. It's quite long in the torso, and the nipped waist just hit too low for me. I'm 5'6", and not particularly short-waisted. If the fit works for you, this might be a nice light jacket v. a blazer.

It’s a very cute and unique blazer especially with the matching pants, but the cut and fabric make it tend to bunch up across the chest unless it is pulled down and smoothed out while worn. And unless styled very deliberately, it can look a bit costumey (bellhop?).
