The Phoebe Bustier Top

It’s weird that none of the other mentioned that this top is not brown/black as depicted in the photo or “chocolate” as described. It’s a black and burgundy houndstooth print. For that reason I’m returning. I also think their clothes as generally sized for tall people. If you’re petite most of their clothes are going to be too long for anyone under 5’4”- hem lines, sleeves, etc. Otherwise, it’s well made and feels like a quality material.

Absolutely love this top! I was a bit on the fence before pulling the trigger, but I’m so glad that I got it. Not only does the material have some weight to it, but the top itself has a silicone grip lining along the top and is thick enough to stay in place. I was concerned about the length and whether it would be flattering on me as I’m 5’5”, but the length is just right. You can easily dress this piece up or down, and the color of the houndstooth is gorgeous. Definitely a nice change from the usual color palette you’d expect from a houndstooth print. Adds a nice pop of a color to your fall/winter wardrobe.
