The Masha High Waist Wide Leg Jeans

I had really high hopes for these jeans. But the fit was terribly awkward. The waist fit absolutely perfect, but from the waist down, it was very unflattering. It was loose fitting on the hips and crotch area, making you look bigger than you really are. A lot of extra material gathered in the front made the jeans very unflattering. But the denim was a very sturdy and nice cotton. Wash was also pretty. For reference, I am 5’2”, 100 lbs and purchased size 22.

OK, so, the photo of these jeans is outstanding. It reminded me of two pair of high-rise, wide leg jeans I have from two different high-end brands. Those companies are not currently making that style and I wanted a second pair in this wash. Color me excited. Until I got the package. The fabric is Not high end. It seemed cheap, thin, papery. I ordered them in two different sizes to make sure I got the exact fit. Neither one fit well. I can't remember all the details about the fit, just that it was off. Overall, these jeans are nowhere near worth what is being charged for them. Such a disappointment.

The denim is high quality and not that stretchy nonsense we've all be used to is recent years. They fit me like a glove and have become my "go to" in the short amount of time I've had them!
