The Fiona High Waist Wide Leg Pants

I went to do a return in the store. Afterwards, I decided to see what they had. I browsed through the stuffs and found myself at the clearance section. And there, I found this brand of black pants in size 12 for $54.95. I said no way! I tried it on and it was perfect. I took it to check out and asked what it going on. They explained that someone had bought it and asked for it to be altered. But she never came to pick them up. Was I ever so grateful?

I’m 5’5” 122lbs 34-27-37 and size 4 fit perfectly. Waist is snug. Size up if you prefer more space in waist. I needed them hemmed even to wear 4” heels, but I know I’ll get a lot of wear out of these. Can wear in summer and winter in office AC etc. thick material. Well made. Feel and look expensive. I like these as no pleats at front but it also means there’s less room in the hip area. I don’t mind that. I also have a pair of the pleated “shorties” which I plan to wear with platform sneakers. They have a lot more room in the hip area and I think it’s a more relaxed look. I think both pairs will carry me through many outfits and looks. Love this brand.

I love the Favorite Daughter trousers but the pleated ones have a tiny waist, and when you size up, the fabric is overwhelming. BUT this cut looks incredible. I’m hourglass, in between sizes, and went up a full size (above the upper size I’m usually in between). The waist is snug but the cut of the pants looks great and the fabric drapes beautifully. They look more expensive than they are.

I've been on the hunt for a new pair of work pants that aren't pleated (impossible right now) and finally found these. They're heavy but are well made and drape beautifully. I'm a 12/14 and the 14 fit a little snugly but poofed out at the hips. The 16 lays more nicely on me. 5'9" and these graze the floor on me in flats.

Went up one size based on reviews and glad I did; beautiful fit. Normally a 4-6, ordered an 8 (I’m tall and didn’t want them to be tight on hips, expected to need the waist altered but was fine as is) Heavy fabric that drapes beautifully. Enough fabric in the hem to get them tailored almost 1.5 inches longer too. Can be dressed up or down, only downside is dry cleaning.

I found these pants by searching for "long" wide leg pants. I wasn't familiar with the brand prior to this purchase. I go between a 4 & 6 and preferred the 6 in the waist, and the 4 in the hips (but I have pretty straight hips). The length is amazing and for once I found dress pants that are not only long enough, but need to be hemmed - amazing! This is a lot of pant and you probably need to be on the tall/slim side for them to look good. Ultimately I am not going to keep them because the material is very heavy, and picks up EVERY dust/lint/dog hair particle. Before I even put them on, they were covered in various fibers - and I'd literally just vacuumed.
