The Anyday Anytime Sleeveless Maxi Dress

I bought this for my engagement photos in Big Sur. It photographed beautifully for the most part - the seam down the back wasn’t ideal and it’s definitely not the most forgiving material. It runs slightly large. I’m usually between a 2-4 and the 4 was huge, so I went with a 2. The issue was the washing instructions. It says to wash in cold water and hang to dry, which is exactly what I did. When I took it out of the washer, the outer material had shrunk at least an inch and the liner was hanging below it. I quickly stretched the top layer back out but it definitely is not the same. For such an expensive dress, the care instructions should have been accurate. This one is definitely a better candidate for dry cleaning.
