Not what I ordered
To my surprise, I received an incorrect package in the mail today instead of the delightful sweater I had purchased as a Mother’s Day gift. Instead, I received a pair of gold shoes. I promptly contacted customer service, but their only solution was for me to repurchase the item that wasn’t delivered. It seemed like they were more concerned with receiving their merchandise than addressing my order. This unfortunate experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated with my online shopping experience.

Love this sweatshirt—10/10! Super cute and cozy with a great colorway. I sized up but it’s definitely oversized, so I’d recommend going with your normal size or even sizing down if you want a more fitted look.
