Great coat, but snaps stink!
I love the feel, warmth and style of this coat! My reason for the 3-star rating is that, especially for its price point, I am super disappointed that 2 of the 3 snaps that close the coat (really?? small snaps??) have already come off after 3-4 wearings. And I am NOT hard on my clothing!

Tear in sleeve
This coat is beautiful. Warm, stylish and so comfortable. Love the collar and that the sleeves have thumb holes to cover hands. But was bummed to discover it arrived with a 5 inch tear on the right sleeve inner seam. SAM needs better quality control.
