Used it for the first time so my grandson could sit at the family table. Worked great!
I sure would like to be able to easily remove the fabric seat for easier cleaning!

My child slides forward
I want to love this but for some reason it makes my child slides forward and i have to constantly pull her upright. I'm not sure what is happening. I tried to contact customer support but they page is blank.

Dear Melissa,
We are sorry to hear that you have had trouble with the chair and with contacting us.
Often when the child is sliding forward it is due to the safety straps not being hooked on to the chair.
Please ensure that the two plastic rings are attached to the arms of the chair.
That should prevent your child from sliding in the chair.

Ease of packing and using

Great product!
