Excellent Hook On Chair
This chair is fantastic and is easy to install! We have a table that is 2" thick and this is the only hook on table that can clamp onto the our table!

My child slides forward
I want to love this but for some reason it makes my child slides forward and i have to constantly pull her upright. I'm not sure what is happening. I tried to contact customer support but they page is blank.

Dear Melissa,
We are sorry to hear that you have had trouble with the chair and with contacting us.
Often when the child is sliding forward it is due to the safety straps not being hooked on to the chair.
Please ensure that the two plastic rings are attached to the arms of the chair.
That should prevent your child from sliding in the chair.

Incredible design and product!!
So easy to install and break down. The material is a dream when it comes to wiping down. I really appreciate this option to dirty restaurant high chairs !

Product works with our home environment and we like the mobility of this product.
Received as a gift from baby registry and thus far works at each location when our child would be seated in our home environment. We really like the mobility of product.

for great grandson
We haven't used it yet; he's 6 months old and we anticipate many months of use when they come to visit. The tray didn't come with this chair but I'm going to order it. It seems difficult to get it into the attached storage bag! The directions really could be much better, I had to watch it being done numerous times on the website!
