Body shape: Waist narrower than shoulders and hips

Sweater doesn't match ad photo
I received a sweater with the same title but it clearly does match the photo. My sweater has stripes that go all the way up and on the neck area. There isn't any black contrast like in the advertisement. Also the sleeves are much shorter than in the photo. I'm usually between a d small and medium, and the medium runs short.
