Deep Lavender Rub

What it is: A multi-use beeswax balm filled with heat-producing essential oils designed to be applied directly to areas of the body in need of relief.

Who it's for: Anyone with combination skin types.

What it does: A small amount of this balm relaxes tension, eases muscular strain and mental stress and opens sinus congestion. It's great for use after exercise, or to treat symptoms of colds or allergies.

How to use: Apply to your chest to relieve congestion and upper respiratory tightness due to colds, flu or allergies. Apply to your neck and shoulders to relax upper body tension and stress. Apply to sore muscles, like legs and calves, to relieve muscular strain from over-exertion or inactivity. As a preventative, apply to the area outside of your nostrils to open sinuses and/or block the inhalation of microbes, especially when in close quarters.
