Neon Macaws Puff Sleeve Cotton Maxi Dress

First I have to say the four starts it’s not only for the dress but for the shipping as well. I bought a size S it fits a little tight on every part that has elastic, waist, sleeves and shoulders. I’m 5’2” weight 128lbs. So I ordered a M, it came very very wrinkle plus had a lot of loose threats. the waist and sleeves are better but the shoulders as you can see on my pictures are big, they fall off my shoulders and it makes a bag on the back. I think they’re fixable. The belt it’s pretty but I just can’t find a way to tied it.

I love the color and pattern of this dress, and... that's it. The fit definitely didn't work for me -- although a similar shape would be flattering, this particular dress was far too tight in the ribcage, and sizing up would have made it too loose elsewhere (I'm 5'2", 115 lb, 36A and tried the XS). I also really disliked the fabric -- the listing claims it's cotton, but it felt like plastic (I think the tag actually said rayon?). The listing also doesn't make it clear that the button placket is non-functional, which meant this wouldn't have worked for breastfeeding as I'd hoped it would. In person, the dress felt and looked cheap. Really disappointing and (at least to me) not worth the money.
