I bought this in size XS and it is perfect. I normally wear a 2. I will say I have tiny wrists and sleeve is tight. Have to unbutton these 3 heart buttons on each sleeve to easily get my hand in. Worth it. So darling!!!! Hearts, ruffles and smoking are precious! I'm going to buy the white with the stars next. LOVE!!!!

Runs large looks large
Runs large so hard to tell if all the fullness on the chest with the ruffles at shoulder actually lay right or just make you look big. I needed to return it, too big.
