Demure Underwire Molded Bra

The material is soft, and the band is doubled so the elastic doesn’t dig in. The cup is on the short side, so some people might size up for more coverage. I found it slightly deeper/more projected than the Reflect Spacer. The outer layer is molded fabric. Molded means the material is placed on a mold and heated to shape it. The material may be foam (thick and rigid), spacer, or fabric (thin and flexible). The inner layer is seamed thin fabric. The seams are fairly flat and in the side support pattern. The outer layer helps mask them. I find foam t-shirt bras cups are too tall, so they hit the front of my shoulders, and too shallow, so the gore doesn’t tack to my sternum. This bra’s cups are the right height for me; the gore tacks; and it was designed for comfort.

A few months ago, an associate in-store helped me with sizing and brought in this bra as one of the options to try. The fit was great and it was comfortable. I bought it in beige. I've worn it a couple of times a week since then. I hand wash it and lay it flat to dry on a rack. The bands are soft and now have started to pill and stretch out. It's a bummer because I was so excited to finally find a bra that fits right. Also, it's not inexpensive. I don't mind paying a little more for a bra because it is so hard to find one that fits -- many brands don't even offer my band/cup combo -- but I'm super disappointed that it's already starting to look old and ratty. The 3 stars are for offering my size, but I would not buy another one.

Purchase this bra after being sized in store by an associate. Absolutely love the coverage of this bra love the feeling of this bra and am impressed that there is finally a bra that stays pressed against my sternum as intended. I found this as a nice minimizing effect without feeling completely compressed. Downfall is the band seems to stretch out rather quickly. So possibly size down on band and up on cup.. especially if you want more coverage in the cup because these cups are cut a little lower which I appreciate as they don't look like they belong a 90 year old women. Also discovered the straps are nice and long so that you can attach in the center with an attachment ( purchase separately ) that will make this a convertible or razorback bra if needed. I'm ordering two more bras now so that I can use them as racerback bras as well.
