'Allegra' Underwire Balcony Bra

Years ago I used to have an amazing bra by a french company sold in the US via a well known lingerie catalogue, back in the day when they carried things other than their own brand. This bra by Fantasie is very much a clone of that gorgeous french bra. Fantasie is generally not my go to company for sexy. They make amazingly supportive bras but they tend to be on the matronly side. Not this one. The cup is semi sheer and you get peek a boo! The lines are uplifting and cups are balconette demi. The straps are wide set, and I often have trouble in 30FF styles with the under arm area cutting up too high, since I am also petite, but this one is just right. The back band is running a touch large. This one is a looser fit 30. I notice the difference when I switch to my 30FF Freya bras. I bought the black first and then ordered on-line to find the red. The red is a bit on the cherry side, a bluer red, not a flame red. Great for blondes. Hard to find a sexy, not so full coverage bra that is supportive in this size. there is some texture to the lace which can show through on jerseys, but I am so happy to have such a sexy bra…It brings me joy!

I purchased this bra in a 38 F as a gift for my 19 yo daughter, and she loves it! I just love having beautiful lingerie; all women should have bras that fit well and make them feel good. About this bra: It is a balcony bra, which is good for women with more youthful breasts. My daughter found the bra to be very supportive, even with the narrower band. The narrow band is difficult to find in larger sizes, but is a particular asset to her petite figure. The vertical seaming is fabulous, and just does something magical to the cup fit. I didn't think it was possible to make a bra with a vertical seam in larger cup sizes, but Fantasie did it, and did it well. A bit about the wearer's figure: She is petite at 5'2", with a high waist, and a larger band & cup combo. Many bras in her size (38 F) overwhelm her torso, and the band folds during wear, front and back. If you are petite, definitely consider this bra. True to size fit. In general, I have enjoyed wearing Fantasie bras over the years. This is a particularly lovely offering; hopefully they will make more along these lines!

This bra is just beautiful, and very sexy IMHO. The band runs small, so although I usually wear a 36, for this one I needed a 38. It's perfect. The fabric is a little stiff, as most lace is, but overall I just love it!

This bra is super sexy with the sheer lace cup but it's so comfortable and gives me really good lift and support! It's the ultimate package.

The seams give great lift and support, and the lace fabric is cool and light. A bit more coverage than the typical balcony bra, which I like.

Excellent fit. Beautiful fabric. Very satisfied and would order more in different colors.
