I somewhat liked the fabric and know they have tremendous reviews. However, they didn't stay up on my leg and while I liked the fabric, it's a little thin, and after one wash the tops frayed. I am disappointed and did end up returning them.

5 Stars to Norstrom, 1 Star Falke

Various colors of Falke socks of the same style and size evidently are made in different countries. This is shown on the garment tags. Ordered multiple pairs of Falke socks. The Anthracite socks unraveled along the top band with an initial wash in cold water+gentle cycle+hang to dry. (See photo.) Another reviewer had the same discovery. After more than a month of emails with Falke (sending a description of the issue, photos, proof of purchase, etc.) and replacement pairs offered for the ones of inconsistent quality, no replacement pairs were received and the emails ceased. Have been happy with Falke socks for years and recommended them. The inconsistencies in the most recent pairs of socks are concerning.
