Faith Underwire Super Plunge T-Shirt Bra

I wanted to give this a try because from the description it was very similar to Freya Deco, which is the only bra that fits me. I ordered this in my usual Deco size, UK 28G. Overall it's slightly similar. I have a tall, wide root and even fullness/roundness (natural), so Panache is sometimes a miss with me because they fit good on very shallow breasts with a very wide root. The wires on this are a half inch wider and feel more flimsy in that they pull too easily to the sides. Because of all this it exaggerates the width of the cup. With a small frame like mine I don't exactly need that. If I ordered this in a band size or two up then they'd stay the same shape and not stretch apart, but then the band would be far too big. My ribcage is only 26.5-27". The cups run a little smaller so if you're between sizes I would recommend ordering a cup size up. The band is snug, true to Panache sizing if you're familiar with the fit. If not, then get a cup volume up and band size up. The straps are too narrow for this cup size though. Only 9/16". They would be better at 3/4, which is what I'm used to in my size. The band is too flimsy and has a tendency to ride up in back because of how they have it constructed - the elastic is sewn inside of the back panels so you have two layers of fabric on either side causing it to slip around too easily. It's also not a very comfortable bra. It doesn't do anything for my shape, it makes it a bit wider, more east-west, and oddly enough, this flattens cleavage. I want something to support and hold me in, not pull me to the sides. The only positive feedback I can give is this is actually seamless, it doesn't have that ridiculous trim on the cup edge some brands like to use. The material is soft and silky, and the nude colorway is a nice neutral, good for light-medium skin tones. Sadly I will be returning this. Too many fit and construction issues, not worth the price point.
