Eyelet Sleeve Crepe Shift Dress

Though the dress is very attractive with gorgeous sleeves and good workmanship, it did not fit me so I had to return it. But, beware of delivery times when ordering online. It took many weeks to arrive and by then I had decided to wear something different to a special occasion. And so, my return saga began. When after several weeks the dress hadn't arrived I called to request a refund. A refund was applied. Good so far. Eventually the dress did arrive so I took it to the NY flagship store to return as coincidentally, I had a stylist appointment at Nordstroms the day after receiving the dress. Subsequently, the credit issued after my call to cancel the order was reversed and I was charged for the returned dress. I am stuck with a bill for a dress I no longer have. Moral of the story: It's very difficult to get the correct customer service person to resolve a store return for an item ordered online.
