What it is: A double-ended primer and powder applicator with a sponge and brush tip.
What it does: One applicator is for applying and blending eyeshadow primer and the other applicator is for applying and blending powder eyeshadow.
How to use: Dispense primer onto sponge tip or finger and smooth across eyelid. Using brush tip, apply the lightest shade to the whole lid.

I thought with the 2 pieces you would get what is similar in a quad set, the black ended tips and the white and brush, disappointed to get just one part of the eyeshadow application set. Grossly disappointed. Kept one of 2 and returned the other. Wouldn't really recommend as you can easily use quality brushes for the areas the brush and white pad use.
