I would never buy from North Face again
Size and color did not work for me. Very large for large and color was terrible. I mailed back using North Face return label on 10/28/2024. On 11/14/2024 North Face claims not to have return. I strongly doubt I will ever purchase from North Face online again. Previously to this episode (and poor customer service) I have been a long time and loyal customer.
