Disappointed
I read about getting in mail from online purchase used high designer items, so it is my turn for this beautiful Balenciaga bag. It came with no textile bag, not even regular plastic bag, covered in rough brown paper, and crumbs inside. Also, the picture of this bag on the Nordstrom website shows this bag with an attached little mirror and wallet. However, a wallet is absent. Also, there is no Balenciaga brand tag with its number, only a Nordstrom tag. I will return this bag. Nordstrom lets its standards slip compared to other designers stores.
