Extra Small Le Cagole Lambskin Shoulder Bag

Ordered this bag last weekend received it today and I must say I’m very disappointed. Nordstrom sent me this balenciaga bag in a clear plastic bag. No dust bags,no original packaging. The bag came in a horrible condition and the zip pouch was missing. Shame on you Nordstrom for shipping a high end item in that condition. I’m definitely returning this item.

They sent me another used one again! Is this a joke? I had ordered the hour glass handbag from balenciaga like two weeks ago, and as soon as i opened the box i knew it was used because it was absolutely in disgusting condition. If they are selling used designer bags they should’ve mentioned it in description! otherwise isn’t it false advertising?? like who would expect to receive a used designer bag from a department store like nordstrom?? I’ve received used designer bags twice! Since when did Nordstrom become a thrift store? Very disappointing!

Warning: Image + description were misleading! Color way “Red Brick” does NOT come with the pouch attachment. Mirror only. After informing store employees who agree / confirmed this, images have not been updated. Bag also came in terrible condition- all protective sleeves were removed and mirror attachment had weird tape residue. Also the tags came UNATTACHED. Would buy this in store to guarantee item is as described only as the warehouse clearly has a different level of standards for product delivery…. Unfortunate. They did let me return but only because I called within 15 min of receiving item to explain and I happen to be nearby a store to return in person. Would be very wary if you don’t have a store nearby for in person customer service
