What it does: The nonoily cream sinks right in, visibly reducing horizontal and vertical wrinkles, slackening and roughness on the neck and décolleté. How to use: Twist to open the nozzle tip to dispense moisturizer. Apply to a clean neck and décolletage morning and/or evening after your day or night cream. Be sure to warm the product up between your palms and gently massage from the chin down toward the décolletage.
