How to use: Warm up the cleansing balm makeup remover in dry hands then gently massage over dry skin in circular motions to melt away makeup and impurities, avoiding eye area. Rinse away, then pat dry. Follow with the rest of your skin-care regimen.

Love this
A nice soothing cleanser I use at night when I’m too tired to go through the whole routine. I’m 65 and I love moisturizer in this product. Love the smell.

Gave us blemishes
This product was so exciting when I got this as a gift. It feels and smells wonderful. A honey consistency and smells like lemons and sunshine. I'm 55 and it clogged my pores immediately. I even watched "how to use" videos beforehand. I left it in my shower, and this morning my 15yo daughter's face (she has perfect skin) had a bunch of blemishes - she admitted to using the the cleanser last night. I'm taking it back. It's terrible. Otherwise I love all BB products. Particularly the face oil and vitamin enriched moisturizers (which also smell like sunshine). My teen daughter uses the tonic.

Great for my Dry Skin
I love this balm-cleanser. It's moisturizing and surprisingly doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy. It actually lathers a small amount. Once the product is rinsed off my skin feels smooth. I follow this with BB serum and moisturizer-primer for the full effect. Glad I made this purchase

My new morning ritual!
This has become my morning ritual for cold Chicago winters when my skin needs more moisture. While the shower heats up, I slather a quarter- sized scoop into my dry hands and apply to my dry face and neck. When I step into the shower, this balm instantly becomes a soft, emollient cleanser that smells wonderful and rinses well.. The citrus scent is a great wake-me-up and my skin feels wonderful. And the jar is so pretty on my vanity; I even dropped the lid on the tile floor and it didn't crack or break. Highly recommend!
