Exotic Pietersite Stone Tag

This process continues to be a disaster and the Tag has yet to arrive. It has been in almost every city between Chicago and New York. This morning tracking locates the tag in the Bronx processing center. Please don’t sent another survey until to item has arrived. This is the 4th survey request this past couple of weeks, but zero or someone else’s items. I have spoken to no less than a dozen Nordstrom employees and managers from Seattle, Chicago and NY. All of which claim to be tracking the missing item, gave me the party line “sorry about your inconvenience” and this has gone to the “Top”. I have to say I did get one follow up call last week to let me know weather was cause for delay, but truthfully I got a tracking number for another customer and 3 pair of samba shoes that Nordstrom swiftly made arrangements to recover. This has been bad all the way around and I believe this could and should have been handled more efficiently and professionally.
