Tacky and Cheap
Very poorly made. The sequin cat on the back is backed in laminate so it makes a crunchy sound. The whole thing was done with cheap fabric, cheap sequin appliqué and poorly sewn together. The tie at the waist is unusable. If you tie it you can no longer raise your arms. Don’t bother!!!
