bad online experience
The issue lies with Nordstrom’s customer service. I had a terrible experience trying to return a product that didn’t fit me, especially since one of the pants they sent had an alarm sensor still attached. For each return, I had to call their customer service because their system automatically rejected my refund requests through the app. It’s clear they have no idea what they’re doing.
